[windows software] Switching OVS provider

Last year, I took out a 3-year OVS-ES for Windows and Office with a particular reseller. However, I've not been particularly impressed with their service. Does anyone know if it is possible to swap my provider, or will I have to wait until the end of the three years?

Hey Steve,

 

Yes you can. All you need to do is fill out a "change of reseller" form which I can send you if you like? That will go off to Microsoft and they'll change the details.
