Hotmail and our Exchange server

So ive had a problem mentioned to me that our messages from exchange 2010 are going straight to a user's junk/spam box.

 

I know that our messages on exchange have a SCL rating of -1 however hotmail/live seem to be filtering it out.

 

Is there anything i can do to stop this from happening. Ive trolled the net but nothing is coming up unless ive not looked hard enough - aka a man look.

Ive sorted a work around however i would still be interested on why this is happening.

Check this out - might be some useful stuff in there to help you understand why this is happening.

 

You can never guarantee that a mail sent from your Exchange server will get delivered to a mailbox in Hotmail.
