VPN connection issue

Hello All,

 

New to group and need some help with a VPN issue.

 

I have an employee that can connect her VPN and it shows connected on both ends but cannot do anything while in the VPN E.g. email, web search or use TFS.

the problem is on and off and I can not reproduce it on my end. The end user is in the Caymans. If you need to know anymore information let me know.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.
