Viewing updates to a web page

Hi,

 

I am in a situation where everytime I want to see my changes made to an XSLT file I have to keep restarting IIS. It can

 

be something simple like changing the words in the title (using HTML) but refreshing the page (F5) will not display the

 

changes in the code.

 

I am using IIS 5.1 and my web site consists of ASP, HTML, XLST and XML files (no .NET used). I know this is possible but

 

I have looked at every configuration possible in IIS and nothing seems to work.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Try using CTRL+F5 in IE to refresh the page and the cache...

Also check if your going via your proxy to the site. If you are, the proxy might be caching the pages for a while. Thus giving you old copies of pages.

Thanks for the suggestions but unfortunately neither of them worked. I have noticed that for HTML pages a simple F5 refresh will work but the problem lies with the XSLT files - these will not refresh until an IIS restart is performed???
