Senior ICT Technician - The Tiffin Girls' School, Kingston upon Thames

We are looking for a highlyskilled proactive Senior ICT Technician to provide excellent technical supportin an outstanding selective secondary school. The key objective of the role is to maximise smooth and rapid processingof data and communication through the provision of high quality and timely supportto the on-site users. This includessupporting staff and students in their use of software and other computingresources and assisting with setting up audio-visual equipment for schoolevents as and when required.

We are looking for someone who has:

· Excellenttechnical working knowledge of network and IT systems

· a highlydeveloped aptitude for problem solving

· thehighest standards of personal conduct

· theability to understand user requirements and to assess real needs, likelyoutcomes and determine cost effective solutions

· strongcommunication presentation and people skills

· experienceof working in a school/educational environment (preferred)

· the abilityto manage an ICT Technician

· aspirationsfor further career development
