HAP 10 Booking system year groups

Hi there,

 

I just started to use HAP and I am very impressed so far. I've ran into an issue at present and was hoping for some pointers. While trying out the booking system, when trying to make a new booking, it lists year 7-13 and A-level. As I am trying to use it in a primary school, I'd like to change these to Foundation, Year 1-6 . I've been looking around in different config files for a while and can't seem to find where these are defined. Can anyone let me know which file to look out for?

Open ~/App_Data/hapConfig.xml,look for years="Inherit", change that to years="1,2,3,4,5,6"

Quick follow up question: When I try to make a booking, the drop-down list of 'User to Book for' is empty (even though I have added usergroups from AD in the HAP config). Once a booking has been made it displays: 'undefined in test-booking [0][N-HP] ' Is there on online tutorial or doc I missed? Thanks for your help.
