dragon dictate on an ipad going thru a proxy server

Having a nightmare re dragon dictate on an ipad going thru a proxy server. using sophos web appliance. heres what ive done.

ive set these up but it`s not working. when i speak and wait for the come back network fail. i emailed dragon software but they sent me to a support page Great!

 

any help would be helpful

This product will not proxy and needs a route to the internet without talking to the proxy server. I have routed the relevant addresses directly through the firewall unproxied as it was the only way I could get it to work.
