Promethean voting for Chrome app?

A teacher has just come to see me and says he believes there to exist a Promethean app for Chromebooks which basically turns them into a voting app (like the old egg things they do/did). Their site mentions nothing and can not find any mention on the app store either so wonder if anyone here knows of such an app or did my Maths teacher dream it?

turns out he meant ActivEngage2 for Android
