Blackberry to access email fom virgin media

Hello,

 

I have just aquired a blackberry 8700g on an o2 contract. I have got my BIS setup and works fine for pushed emails from my BIS address. ([email protected]).

 

My question is this..

 

Does anyone know how to either setup email forwarding on a blueyonder/virginmedia email account. To forward them automatically to my BB account.

 

or

 

Setup an email account on the blackberry manually to check the account on a regular basis, so not pushed to the phone, but the phone pulls emails at a set interval

It's been a while since i played with my VM e-mail addresses and mailboxes (i stopped using them after a month).

 

If you go into the selfcare panel and have a play there might be something for forwarding e-mail to another e-mail account.
