Achandler Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 Well some nations are fairly easy but i still don't come first after the time limit. Other nations I just go bankrupt or get mashed by everyone else. Personally I have an extended tiemlien game going at the moment where as England I control Ireland, Scotland, most of France, North Spain, North Italy and have Norway and Flanders as vassals. This is my most successful game yet, but have played it from 1200 I am now approaching 1450s now when the normal game would start, so I expect trouble ahead.
featured_spectre Posted June 3, 2014 Author Posted June 3, 2014 haha. Fair enough. I am Byzantium right now, you must absolutely always pick your allies and wars carefully. So first war I did, was against Urbino to get a foothold in Italy so I can go north/south without too much issue and build up a nice empire. Then go HAM on and expand Eastwards. I did use mods, but they caused hassle with WoN.
