Extricom EXSW-1200 to Factory Default

I have recently bought this switch from ebay. At first it worked. I could login using web interface and everything but than I try to configure this switch to work with our network. My problem came when I try to apply the changes using web interface where switch froze up. I waited for over 15 minutes but the switch was stuck at apply changes. So I had no choice to unplug. After unplug I could not get into web interface or do any thing else with the switch. The default IP of 192.168.1.254 would not let me in to web interface. I have learn to use console using null cable. I can get into the switch using putty or hyper-terminal but do not have or know about the command lines. Therefor I can not restore to this switch to factory default. Can some one please educate me how to do factory restore using command prompt. Honestly, I am not a networking genius but do have some basic networking skill. Please some one could with my problem and will really appreciate any help.
