Macromedia Projector has stopped working and needs to close

Morning,

 

I have recently installed 'Compse World Play' at one of our Primary schools onto the Public Drive. However when users (Staff or Pupils) try to launch it they get the error message 'Macromedia Projector has stopped working and needs to close'

I presume this is a permissions issue as when i log on as domain admin it runs fine but i am at a loss as to what is specifically causing it?
