CSkills Awards Test Platform - Not Authorising Tests

Hello,

 

We are meant to be running this for CITB tests starting on Monday.

 

Unfortunately, apart from one rogue machine that allowed the tests to be authorised and run none of our others will work.

 

The client PC sits waiting for the test to be authorised by the Exams Officer on her PC but despite her diligent clicking, the authorisation does not occur.

 

We were sent a list of tweaks to IE such as allowing Pop Ups, scripting, adding to safe sites, etc but it makes no difference. We've also tried in Chrome.

 

My understanding from a colleague is that they had similar issues but he doesn't know of a fix.

 

It would be greatly appreciated if anybody can let me know what we need to do.

After all the faffing we tried simply hitting 'Authorise', then 'Reset', then 'Authorise' on the Exam Officer's client. So far this has succeeded each time.
