Error: Unauthorised Access You have attempted to access a restricted resource

Hi All,

 

Just installed Home access plus a week or so ago. Set it up all working fine and dandy after following the handy install video, thanks to Nick. I got our LA IT guys to set up a DNS recored for HAP and I logged into and found it keeps saying

[h=1]Error: Unauthorised Access[/h]You have attempted to access a restricted resource

 

This happens whether logged in as an admin or staff. Does anyone have an idea how this might have happened. Nothing to my knowledge has been changed within the last few days.

 

I should also mention everything works I can access documents etc its just the initial screen that says this.
