Hi All,

I have been requested to try out an online tracking system called "MAP Learners", mostly for the seat planning aspect of it. We already have SISRA and use SIMs as the MIS. I like the look of MAP Learners, especially as I can upload Attitude to Learning and Attendence to it, both of which are not available in SISRA (as far as I'm aware).

Anyhows, my questions are these:

Has anyone used this software before to any good effect?

Has anyone had any issues importing the report definition files? (I keep getting an error that they are not a valid report export file)

I've tried importing the .RptDef's from the default file path and it still doesn't work (I've definitely unzipped them!).

Any help would be appreciated :D

Cheers,

David.

Sorry, all sorted. For anyone having this issue when downloading report definition files from MAP Learners through Internet Explorer you need to right click link and "save target as", then change from zip to all files and rename the file from .zip to .RptDef

Then you can import the reports into SIMs.

Hi David, SISRA Analytics now allows uploading of custom filter fields. If you need advice on this (SISRA or SIMS bit) please get in touch or come on to support and we can help from there
