rpc over https with smoothwall

morning , I need to get Rpc over https ( outlook anywhere) setup on our smoothwall box so I can sort out our migration to 365.

 

has anyone done this and if you have can you provide some help setting up the rules in smoothwall.

 

I want to use something like

 

365.w****.org.uk as the url and have the traffic forwarded to our aging exchange 2003 box.

Sounds like you need Reverse proxy (I'm assuming the 365.whatever.org.uk will be used externally?). Services > Proxies > Reverse Proxy. You might need to speak to your sales representative about your licence if you don't have this feature available.

 

Browse to that page in the interface then click 'Help' and the manual will come up in a new tab with instructions on setting up the rules.
