Macromedia Projector has encountered a problem

Hello,

 

I have installed 'ProBotix' software at one of our Schools, its not in MSI format so I installed it onto a shared drive and added the shortcut onto users desktop (not normally a problem)

 

However, when Pupils and Staff try to open it they get the error 'Macromedia Projector has encountered a problem and needs to close'

I presume this is a permissions issue as it works as domain admin.

 

Any help much appreciated!
