How To Enable NAT in Windows 2003 Server to wireless internet by mobile or computer

Situation: I am an administrator of company . I’m getting my internet services through a DSL connection. I’m using Microsoft technologies; hence, my server is Windows 2003 Server. I want to distribute internet(wireless) to all the computers or mobiles through the main server by routing and remote access

Main server is 192.168.1.10

Default gateway(ip of router linksys) is 192.168.1.1

 

How can i do that and which setting i will use

please help me

Why not do it through your Linksys ? It'll be more than capable and will do NAT for you. If need be, add an Access point to your Linksys to make it wireless or extend your wireless range.

 

You could also plug a 16/24/48 port switch into your Linksys and plug in your PC's / Server into the switch and they will get internet access from your router.

My suitation is

I have linksys router connect by wireless and his ip is 192.168.1.1 and it works any one have mobile or labtop wireless wireless automatically .

before 10 days i go to server 192.168.1.10 it install in it windows server 2003 i try to make firewall off it tell me message error "firewall is disabled because service ipnat is running " to enable firewall i disable routing and remote access after this wireless not come

to mobile or labtop in same area of router and wireless before this is ok working

before i disabled Routing and remote access

I search about the problem i found strange thing i found that wireless come from ip server 192.168.1.10

in wireless to mobile or labtop wireless

I replace linksys router with another router have wireless also same problem happen

ip 192.168.1.10 come as default in mobile wireless or laptop wireless

so that we need to change every time from 192.168.1.10 in mobile to 192.168.1.1 to wireless work

How to cancel this ip 192.168.1.10 from coming default

if your pulling a wrong address then that address will be assigned in a DHCP pool somewhere, change the address in the pool and it will be given to clients. Edited May 12, 2014 by cpjitservices

im sorry for missunderstood

If your DHCP Pool has the wrong addresses in it, those addresses will be given to the clients who request and IP through DHCP so if you have a wrong address configured you need at ammend the addresses in the DHCP pool. Then the clients will get the right address.

it is not found because no installation or configuration to any dhcp server in server 192.168.1.10

or any computer in network

It'll be the DHCP on your Linksys.... No Doubt.

 

And it'll more than likely be in the 192.168.1.1 range.....

OK you must have a DHCP server somewere on your network ? Usually unless you've configured it not to do so, Linksys routers will have a DHCP server built in and the pool will look something like this:

Then, if it's exactly as above your IP addresses will be coming from the Linksys, so simply, plug in a switch, connect your client PC's and server... And possibly a wireless access point and you'll be home and dry.

No configuration will be needed on your server 2003 server, IT should have a statically assigned IP with the Gateway address being that of the Linksys. Your clients once connected to the Linksys will be given an address within the range set on your Linksys Router.

Sounds like you might Have the DHCP server role installed on your 2003 server too hence why when you connected to Wireless you got a different IP. Re-Check your server.

Whats happening is... Your DHCP server on your Linksys is sending out IP's to clients, and at the same time you may have DHCP on your server which will also be responding to DHCP Requests - this will cause conflict or the server will give out an IP but it may not be correctly configured.
