cc4 problem programme sets

I have imported the programme RobotC for VEX as an .exe file into the the rmcc and the deployment and installation was error free, but it will not show up in the programme set although I have put the short cut to it into the correct place with the correct security. I can see the programme in the start menu, but not in programme sets, when I log in as an administrator but if I go in as a student I cant see it in the programme set or the start menu. I am using xp and windows 7 machines and have the same problem on both. I guess it must be some kind of permissions problem but I can't see how to get round it as I am a bit of a novice. I have checked all the permissions and its set for everyones use.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the Start in Location of the shortcut is N:\ (or somewhere else that is accessible to students depending on the software).
