Apple VPP - adding facilitators problem. Going around in circles - any ideas??

I'm having the issue that others appear to be having in that our school has successfully registered on to Apple's VPP, it's been verified, but the next stage states that you should be able to add your school facilitators using the admin link, but just doesn't happen. I've seen others having this exact same issue, but does anyone how you actually get around it? Does it matter what computer/web browser you use? Does it matter if your school uses a proxy server?

 

Can anyone throw any light on this matter?

I'm having a similar issue, whereby when I try to login here https://idmsa.apple.com/IDMSWebAuth/login.html?rv=2&disable2SV=true&appIdKey=09273cfd6b56a8ce5af52a0153d1d796d364e03a36c6e87ef21e92c77a83ef3f&path=/qforms/web/index/avs it just chucks me back to this page with no error.... APPLE IS ALL ABOUT THE CIRCLES!!

 

All I want to do is set up the impending ipads legally... is it too much to ask?
