Hi all

 

We are looking at putting a new run in from our main switch (HP Procurve 4108gl) to a new HP 2510-24.

 

I would just like to check to see if everything I have picked out is compatible.

Yes, those will all work together. According to this compatibility matrix you will need at least firmware revision G.07.103 or later on the 4108, but other than that you should be fine.

Think i've got a J4893A - mini-GBIC module for 4108gl knocking about here - do you want me to check and get back to you with a price? It's used, but working perfectly last time it was powered up.

Thanks for the replies, we'll have to update the firmware then but shouldn't be a problem.
