NetSupport on laptops. How do you install it? What are the issues?

We used to have net support installed on our laptops. My predecessor removed it. I'm now being asked to put it back.

 

I believe that I can deploy it using GPO and specify a "room" and do this differently for laptops in different GPO's.

 

Does anybody have experience of this, deploying it, managing it, issues arising etc?

I sorted out my problem with help from the netsupport technical support.

It turned out that I had the remnants of a previous installation on my computers and it was confusing the GPO installation.

Creating a new GPO from scratch solved the problem.
