Copy contents of folders to a location

1 have created 37 sub-folders in the folder PanelA in a portable disc F:. These folders in the portable disc F are empty at the moment. I created the sub-folders from a list in notepad for each sub-folder name.

 

The sub-folders are as follows:

R-Ta

R-61

R-31

R-Ty

R-P1

R-B3

R-N2

R-50

R-1

R-BN1

etc

Now in H:\data, the sub-folders listed above contain further sub-sub-folders with files. Example below:

Each sub-folder listed above has the following sub-folders

1_Plans

2_Construction

3_Decor

4_Garden

5_Landscape

etc

 

I would like to do the following:

 

Copy only the sub-sub folders 2_Construction and 4_Garden and its contents from each to the sub-folders R-Ta R-61, R-31, R-Ty, R-P1, R-B3, R-N2, R-50, R-1, R-BN1 etc from the H drive to the portable disc F. The portable disc F contains the empty sub-folders R-Ta R-61, R-31, R-Ty, R-P1, R-B3, R-N2, R-50, R-1, R-BN1 etc I had created earlier.

 

How do I do that?
