Contacting Google - Registration Problems

I'm having problems registering my Google Apps for Education account - does anyone have a phone number for them? The only ones on their website require me to have a PIN, which of course I don't have, because I'm having problems registering!

Without a pin you'll struggle to get through. What's the problem you're having?

I'm in now. As it turns out, it was my fault! Google had emailed me to complete the upgrade to an Education account, but they had emailed my new email address, i.e. the one on the domain I'd registered for Google Apps, not my existing email address, so I didn't see it. This meant that my application expired, and they downgraded me to the free version. I upgraded to Google Apps for Business (which also gave me a PIN) and then re-upgraded to Education.
