Disease Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Hi all, My attendance officer has said this morning that she is unable to save any marks she has entered using edit marks through lesson monitor, the save option is greyed out. She can save marks if she goes through the take register route as a teacher but not through edit marks, she has both the Attendance Manager and Operator permissions. Anyone point me in the right direction, many thanks.
vikpaw Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 (edited) Made any changes lately? i thought there was a system change a while back that caused this, so an upgrade might have triggered it. Failing that this KB402838 mentions it , which links it to applying the timetable - maybe something has been done in prep for next year that has caused an issue... Edited April 7, 2014 by vikpaw 1

Disease Posted April 7, 2014 Author Posted April 7, 2014 Raised a call with Capita and they have sent instructions to do with session and lessons radio button, can save if only sessions is selected, will work through the rest of the Capita Instructions.
