Salary: £34,887 to £41,124

Full-time - 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our IT Department for an ICT Network Administrator. We require someone who will efficiently take forward the Academies’ ICT functions, promote effective teaching and learning throughout the school by the deployment of ICT resources. You will have proven ability to advise on the whole schools' development of ICT. Your ability to supervise a team is a must-have as you will organise and supervise the ICT Technicians as well as manage all ICT, telecoms and CCTV support contracts.

You must be professional and well-presented and be an excellent communicator to explain computer systems and procedures to adults and pupils as well as negotiate with stakeholders. Analytical and strategic thinking will be your second nature.

Applicants must possess a degree ideally in ICT or have equivalent experience.

Also, being an expert user in the use of operating systems and SIMS would be an advantage.
