Customising Winlogon error messages

Hi, I am, like many others i'm sure, sick and tired of having to walk half way across the site to attend to a student who is attempting to logon to the local computer rather than the domain!

 

To this end, my question is this: Does anybody know of a way to customise the "you've got your username or p/word wrong" dialog box, so that you can create your own error message, preferably adding that you need to CHECK the domain box!

Why not just overwrite the registry keys in a startup script, so the domain box is always pointing to the correct domain?
