Policy Central Help

Hi there

 

I have policy central at one of my primary schools, and on teachers laptops on the taskbar they get loads of Policy central icons appear, yet when I hover over them they disappear. Does anyone know why this is happening??

Yep I've seen the same thing. It's just a bug which they will fix at some point.

Try hiding the try icon for staff. Go to Monitoring Setup> Edit (on the group staff are in)> Options> Client Mode. For "How should PCE operate for members of this group?" Make sure it is active but show tool tray icon and show user messages should be un-ticked.
