[SIMS] - APPCRASH - pulsar.exe

Ive had this problem on my machine for about 2 months now and only just got round to doing something about it. Ive tried reinstalling SIMS but this had no effect.

 

The problem is this:

Have you got the dotnet 4 framework installed?

 

Just out of curiosity

 

Could also be a HDD fault have you checked the drive for errors?

Hang on a min.. i did a windows update (i think) and put 4.5.1 on. Would this have an effect to the application?

 

Ive not checked my drive for errors.

on support net there have been reports of that updgate affecting sims.

 

Rather than reinstalling sims try to reinstall .net framework 4 to a non service pack level
