iPads and smoothwall

I know this is a duplicate post, but need an answer as quick ass possible, if possible, so just sharing it through 2 forums:

 

 

Could anyone tell me if there is a secret setting on the smoothwall that will cut communication from Profile Manager and certificates to the iPad?

 

I can successfully create an iPad image, push it out via the Profile Manager on MAC OS. However, when I set the smoothwall settings within the manaer to push out, thats when all communications stop, tasks still pend but never complete. I then have to rebuild the iPad.

 

Myself and my colleague have got to the point where it all points to smoothwall.

 

 

Has anybody had this problem, and have the fix?

 

It pretty urgent as I am only here until 12, so any help would be appreciated.
