Collevo Screen error-(frequecy out of range after three hours)

Hi Guys,

 

We have a COLLEVO 55" Touch LCD Monitor/Display/Screen that display frequency out of range after about three hrs . if users are switch on the PC, this error box comes on too. The kids are left without a screen for the rest of the day. Any ideas?
