Linux LTSP

Hi all,

 

Hope everyone had a good weekend ?

 

We are moving over to thin clients here, have got LTSP up & running with CentOS 6.5, my clients are booting fine except there are a few quirks I need to fix, A Google search doesn't show a lot of fixes for CentOS... the problems I'm having is once a client boots to the login screen, you input your username and once you hit enter the screen goes black for a second then you have to input your username again, then input your password - once you've logged in it's fine, any other time you login it doesn't do it, only on a restart.

 

The other thing is the clients wont shutdown, they stop shutting down at shutting down network interface ?

 

Anyone any ideas ?

BIOS is the latest stock version.... Seems to do the same thing on a virtual machine too.

Im looking to put some guides together on how to do this via A CentOS system as on the internet they all seem to be Debian based systems, I just need to get thee little issues solved!
