Windows Azure

Anybody got any experience with Windows Azure?

 

I've taken the 30 day trial, setup a Server 2008 R2 box, installed the DNS Server service, copied my zone from one of our onsite servers (this is for external DNS, not AD), configured an endpoint so it forwards port 53 to the server, but i can never get any DNS querys to work using the Public Virtual IP. When i NMAP it shows port 53 open.

 

Is there a step i've missed on Azure to access services running on Servers on that platform?
