OK, so I want to set syncronization of offline files up for all the teacher's laptops.

Where in group policy can I set it up to make all of 'My Documents' available offline? My Documents is a redirected folder on my network. I have found an option in GP entitled 'Administratively assign offline files' but I'm not sure what path to add in there, if indeed that it the correct place to put it.

Any pointers would be welcome :D

Force Offline files on the Server share. Then setup everything else in the group policy. You want a base policy for all machines that disables offline files then you want to enable it for laptops. I'll dig out my GPO's this afternoon for you when I'm at a school that uses Offline files.

The My Documents is automatically made available offline (unless overridden by a GPO).

In fact, I have found that it is not necessary for me to administratively assign any offline files - I just let Windows handle it and occasionally force the odd file for a user.
