8.1 Apps screen

Does anyone know - how to / if you can - disable the Apps screen in 8.1 ?

 

I am happy to set up tiles on the Start screen and have all users using that, but i dont want them scrolling down to the Apps screen.

They dont need it, basically. They'll have tiles

Did you find a way to disable the Apps Screen? I am currently trying to deploy 8.1 and have created the perfect Start Screen but I no longer require the Apps Screen for users!
