Does a sitting in bed, eating a whole pack of hob nobs with a cuppa and watching a whole marathon of Rules Of Engagement class as exercise!?

Depends, if you have to move to get to the packet of hob nobs then sure! its exercise!

Gym Freak: Do you lift bro?

Me: Why yes I do the remote and hobnobs my good sir. Most day's this occurs it's a hard and frequent exercise and by the end of the pack you have got so buff you need to unbutton your trousers and sleep.

I have found this to be the only exercise that suits me!

Self-proclaimed gym nut here! Currently eating my final work meal of the day (Mexican rice and chicken breast nom!)

Squats and straight leg deadlift are my two favourite leg exercise. Couple of good sets of those and you will be walking around like John Wayne for days.

Not a 'Gym Buddy' guy though. Gym is my time, the only part of the day where i don't have to talk or listen to anyone. Headphones in, music on and block out the world for an hour. Highlight of my day.

At my gym headphones apparantly means come and talk to me about tattoos because I clearly have nothing better to do.

I know the feeling (although not tattoos, that would be odd considering I have none!).

Knew it would be obvious!

:D To be honest, it wasn't a particularly amusing reply but being late on a Friday afternoon, it was the wittiest thing I could come up when pushed! lol

On a side note, I think we could do with a dedicated Gym thread...

I'm doing legs as I have over the last 2 years but although they're stronger they look the same... I'm upto 100Kg x12 x3 on adductors, quads and gluts. I used to be on 65 ;)

Half way on the machine!
