featured_spectre Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 I am selling this for my colleague. It is an OCZ Agility 3 SSD (60GB). I have not tested it in any way therefore no functions/functionality have been checked. To ensure complete clarity - this item was a pulled from a laptop which had a water spillage and stopped working and should therefore be regarded as faulty and does not have warranty/guarantee and cannot be returned for refund. It is sold for spares/repair only at £20 (plus P&P) (I should also add, ebay has untested items which have a 99p start hitting upto £50, so I am going as low as my colleague will accept). We have not tested in another laptop, nor within a HDD/SSD dock or anything, as frankly, we do not test personal products within our building or company. There was nothing of importance on the drive and nothing of a personal nature on their either. Was a fresh install of Windows 7 (which I did the week before), Photoshop CS4 and a few steam games. Please note this item is sold as an untested item and as such is sold for strictly for spares or repair(if possible) and as such return/refund is not available.

hawc Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 One other thing, how long was there between the spillage and the SSD being removed?
featured_spectre Posted February 17, 2014 Author Posted February 17, 2014 @hawc it was about 5 minutes if that, maybe less. Happened in the office today as he bought in his personal laptop to get encrypted (didn't happen)
hawc Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 Ok! I have been dealing with a few emergencies here.
featured_spectre Posted February 18, 2014 Author Posted February 18, 2014 no problem, it got sold about 10 mins ago, someone inboxed me, paid the requested amount to the requested paypal, its now packaged up and its gonna be sent today/tomorrow. Sorry you missed out. I have a 160GB Laptop HDD for sale (mine and I know it works) formatted and ready to go
