SIMS Discover- Waiting for Service

Hello

 

I tried to create some Discover Aspects yesterday and our Discover syncs overnight with SIMS, but they aren't appearing today. I have had a look in the admin facility and in the Progress section for the transfer for current year, which took place at 1am, it just says Transfer requested, waiting for service..

It said this yesterday as well, this is the first time I have looked at this since the latest SIMS upgrade. Any idea what might be happening please and why its not working?

Sounds like your SIMS Discover Group Syncronisation Service has stopped on the server. Start this up and your transfers should then run as expected.
