File Sharing Problem

Hi All,

 

I have a problem that is beginning to give me a headache... if my users are working on different documents on a Samba server that we have here, often documents are becoming read-only whilst they are using the documents or save the documents and in Explorer at the bottom on the status bar I get a message saying "Syncing There are file conflicts".

 

I'm able to click it but for users they get the Administrator has disabled this feature.

 

Anyone any Ideas why I'm getting File conflicts ?
