MyMaths blocked?

Hi,

 

Can anyone let me know what this is? I assumed it was policy central (some facebook related items come up as this) however it works for some students and not for others.

When a student opens the homework they get the following error/problem.

The only thing I remember about MyMaths is that they used to chase the latest version of Flash Player. If you weren't on a fairly recent version you would sometime loose functionality. Worth a try updating on at least one computer to see if this makes any difference.

Thanks for the reply. I updated Flash but still get the same problem.

 

I have tested with an admin login and it works, student login does not work.

Try adding it to compatibility settings.

Is it that MyMaths is designed for older versions of IE? Currently running IE10 version 10.0.9200.16750

No idea. It works fine on some IE10 computers and not on others.
