[ms office - 2010] Outlook 2010 recipient shown as the sender

Hi all,

 

I've been having an issue where the recipient of an email shows as the sender when the email enters their outlook. - Via the webmail, the senders show perfectly. It's not the computer because i've logged on elsewhere and the same issue occurs.

 

Any ideas?
