anurney Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 My free citrix licence expired at the beginning of January. I have not been able to see any VM’s. I have tried using licence manager within xencenter but there are no servers available. I am unable to add a new server by IP or name. Most of the VM's are still running. Within Citrix Licence Administration Console, the only licences are the ones in the screen shot. It looks to me that the only licences we have are for the licence server and the desktops. I have a new licence sent by Citrix. My question is how do I get my VM’s back. Regards Andrewcitrix.docx
DSapseid Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 What does it show if you go to Tools-> Licence Manager in XenCenter
anurney Posted January 22, 2014 Author Posted January 22, 2014 It shows the first screen shot. There is nothing to highlight and install licence on.
bossman Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 @anurney: Have a look at this: https://activate.vmd.citrix.com/ It might be that you have already done this, if you have then I would contact Citrix helpline and they should help you: Here is another site: XenServer licensing issues Hope that this helps
