Some users log on but screen goes back to log on screen?

I have a few users who are reporting that when they log on to Hap they end up back at the log on screen. The logs do show this...

I assume it is their home set up that is at fault but wondered if anybody else had this happen?

It could be the page they are trying to get to, but they could of disabled cookies
