Imported Applications not appearing in XenApp 6.5

I'm importing some published applications from an older 4.5 server to our newer 6.5 xenapp server and the import procedure has worked fine. The problem is that a valid user logs in and all of the imported applications that they have access to are missing (in the web interface)

 

I if manually publish the application with the exact same settings then it appears! Which is ok but I'd rather use the import to speed up the process! Anyone ever done this and come across this before?
