Exchange 2007 not picking up new users in AD

Dear all,

 

We have two Exchange servers running Exchange 2007. One of them is no longer picking up new users added to active directory so we unable to setup new mailboxes on this server.

 

On the second server, you can see the new users and give them a mailbox, however outlook refuses to add the account and says the name cannot be found on the exchange server that has the problem.

 

Any ideas?

Some existing users are getting similar pop-ups, others are fine!
