Static IP - How quaint

For the second time, I've been caught out installing a new admin machine and forgetting we don't have dhcp servers on little admin networks.

The making to S: drive works (ipv6 magic I'm told) but the alarm bells start to off when the internet doesn't work even though I've put the proxy settings in

Why not make a DHCP on your SIMS server or something? Will make things easier.
