[android] WiFi on 4.3

Im getting quite cheesed off with my note 2 telling me my school WiFi is duff since the v upgrade to 4.3

I think its a note problem. When I put mine on 4.3 it went funny. Phoned Samsung, who then kindly told me that there was a firmware update for Note/Note2 phones but needs to be approved by the providers.
