Looking for a sample Project Plan

Im venturing out of ICT for a couple of days a week to project manage a new initiative at my school.

 

Does anybody have a sample Project plan they are prepared to share?

 

Thought it might save some time if I could adapt someone elses

Err, right. Here's my generic, one size-fits-all project plan, suits any project of any size :

 

1. Agree what needs to be done.

2. Do it.

3. Agree that what needed to be done, has been done.

 

The Gantt chart will look a bit like (Cue Groovy ASCII rendering engine):

2.    ****
3.           *
