Piracee Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 Hi My school has historically used the letter 'q' when filling in registers to denote pupils that are in school but doing alternate activities (music lessons, mentoring, etc). I have been asked by our new attendance officer if it is possible to track the number of letter q's that are entered for each class since the start of the year. In the past when I’ve been asked to track attendance by codes I’ve simply used the 'group analysis by code' report, however this only displays the approved codes for entering in registers, thus not the q's. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Paul
AIOMG Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 Hi. I know this might be a bit late, BUT, Reports -> Lesson Monitor -> selected students -> students with a chosen code. From there you can select dates, selct codes like Q, A and K and it gives you the option to search by lesson.
