Well I’m not an expert on this sort thing, but I don't think you can get anything free. You will be looking at something expensive. (I could be wrong though)

yh and me sounds like your looking for somthing like either Facebook, Facebox, Bebo or even Piczo where you have like a website layout structure.. theres quite a few out there
